देहरादून, दिनांक 25 दिसंबर 2025(सूवि) जिलाधिकारी सविन बंसल के आईएसबीटी (अंतर्राज्यीय बस टर्मिनल) के निरीक्षण के उपरांत दिए गए निर्देशों के क्रम में आईएसबीटी क्षेत्र में व्यवस्थाओं को सुदृढ़ किए जाने हेतु विभिन्न सुधार कार्यों की शुरुआत कर दी गई है।
निरीक्षण के दौरान जिलाधिकारी ने आईएसबीटी के निकासी गेट बंद होने तथा अव्यवस्थित पार्किंग तथा सड़क किनारे अतिक्रमण को गंभीरता से लेते हुए संबंधित विभागों को त्वरित कार्रवाई के निर्देश दिए थे। जिलाधिकारी के निर्देशों के अनुपालन में आईएसबीटी के निकासी गेट खोलते हुए मरम्मत कार्य प्रारंभ कर दिया गया है। इसके साथ ही फ्लाईओवर के नीचे सुव्यवस्थित पार्किंग निर्माण का कार्य भी प्रगति पर है।
आईएसबीटी क्षेत्र में यातायात व्यवस्था को सुचारु बनाने के उद्देश्य से सड़क किनारे उपलब्ध खाली भूमि पर पार्किंग के लिए टाइल बिछाने का कार्य प्रारंभ कर दिया गया है, जिससे वाहनों की अनियंत्रित पार्किंग पर अंकुश लगाया जा सके। इसके अतिरिक्त, क्रॉसओवर निर्माण का कार्य भी प्रारंभ हो गया है, जिससे यातायात के दबाव को कम करने में सहायता मिलेगी।
जिलाधिकारी द्वारा निरीक्षण के दौरान सड़क किनारे किए गए अतिक्रमण को हटाने के स्पष्ट निर्देश दिए गए थे, जिनके क्रम में संबंधित विभागों द्वारा अतिक्रमण हटाने की कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित की जा रही है। साथ ही फ्लाईओवर के नीचे कलर कोड आधारित पार्किंग व्यवस्था विकसित किए जाने तथा आईएसबीटी के निकासी गेट को शीघ्र खोलने के निर्देश भी दिए गए थे, ताकि यात्रियों एवं आमजन को सुगम आवागमन की सुविधा प्राप्त हो सके।
जिलाधिकारी ने अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया है कि सभी कार्यों को निर्धारित समय-सीमा में गुणवत्ता के साथ पूर्ण किया जाए तथा निर्माण कार्यों के दौरान यातायात एवं यात्रियों को न्यूनतम असुविधा हो, इसका विशेष ध्यान रखा जाए। जिला प्रशासन द्वारा आईएसबीटी क्षेत्र को सुव्यवस्थित, सुरक्षित एवं यात्री-अनुकूल बनाए जाने के लिए निरंतर निगरानी की जा रही है।
